I've created a new appointment type, but when trying to book it I can't see it on the list of available treatments - why not?
To help you organise your diary, Salonlite only allows you to book staff for appointments you've specified they're able to do.
In order to assign a service to a staff member, just follow the steps below, or you can watch these quick videos demonstrating setting up and configuring a new service:
Enter the administration panel by clicking Setup, then select Employees from the options on the left hand panel.
Select the staff member from the Employee list, and then scroll down the list of Services Provided until you see the new service. Once you've located it, simply tick it and click Save to keep your changes.
As a quick tip, you can mark all items by ticking the box next to Services Provided
